Scotte controller flashing "LO"

Hi.

My scotte controller is flashing LO, the auger in my burner is running all the time, the Fan will not run and the burner will not fire.
I have tried to reset the controller and I have plugged it out for 12 hours but it will not reset.
When I plug it in the controller cycles through its settings and then flashes LO. I can Force the hopper feed auger to run by holding the down arrow when plugging in but it keeps flashing LO.

Is there another reset I can try or is there is there a manual that I can download that will help.

Thank you

Hi,

There is a small battery in the Scotte controller, so I could suggest you try
take that out for a minute, and see if that will reset the controller for you.

Up date.

I disconnected the controller and burner and inspected the connections and the board but couldn't find a problem. I cleaned the burner, photo cell and re assembled it all. It is now back working again but I don't know what the problem was. If anybody has a PDF manual for this controller and burner I would greatly appreciate a copy or is there some where I can buy one.

Again Many thanks.

The message LO means:
The boiler temperature has not been above
35 ° c after 2 hours of operation,
or has gone below 35 degrees in operation.

I have no manual in English.
Link to the Danish manual http://nbe.dk/wp-content/uploads/2015/0 ... e-4.99.pdf

Hi there,
Good to see you are back in operation, and no, we only do manuals and instructions in native Viking language,
because there really is no world outside the Viking boarders, well ok, except of course the duty free shops just
south of our boarder to Germany 8)

So, in case of further trouble, feel free to ask, user Pillebruger is the local Viking wizard, cheers 8)
