Update.

Chimney draft:0

10% flame became stable and without black tips at 17
50% flame stable and with no black tips at 27
100% impossible to set, I was already up to 65 and still massive flame :( and smoke temp went really up, 168C, then I stopped.

Did the changes in small steps and waited 10min and then changed again if needed.

If it's a v6 like mine its in menu 4 autocalculation (don't if it's called that).
I believe it's set to 10 kW as default. You should change that to the size of your burner.

Yes, that one is set to 25kw (first couple years it was even 30kw by the company who installed the system). Burner suppose to be 16-24kw.

Hi,

When you get to these high values for the fan, something seems to be wrong.
I know you have been asked before, but make sure the fan is running in right direction.
If the fan is running in the wrong direction, it will not make vacuum in the burner, but just be ineffective.

Also make sure that the blades of the fan are clean and the "air way" into the burner is free.
This also includes the holes in the burner grate, make sure they are all clean by putting a drill through each of them.

Your cleaning should be something like every 10 minutes for 4-5 seconds with a fan-percentage of 1,5 x "Fan high".
If cleaning has too high fan speed or the length of the cleaning is too long, the ashes "burn" to cinders.

Best regards
Michael

What should I do to check the fan's blow direction? Take the whole burner out and put it to blow?

The holes in the grate looks like clean and the blades also

Yes, take it all off, and look during start.

I suspect bad pellets.
Is it possible to try a completely different?

Update:

Took the burner out. Blower looks to blow in correct direction, into the pipe that leads to the burning grate.

I've been using only high grade pellets... http://www.graanulinvest.ee/eng/frontpage ,biggest producer here.

Just to be sure...
...please see attached file for instruction on fan blade direction and correct fitting of the burner grate.

I just go to the basics to be sure we don't miss anything.

Auto combustion is "YES" and blower blows like attached file shows. And burner grate also like the picture showed.

Just to check again, I pulled the plug from the burner and waited for the blower to stop and then attached the plug to see which direction it will start.

When done that I noticed that after putting the plug back it went to Temp Stop, even when target boiler temp is set to 60C and "over difference" is at 15C and actual boiler temp at this moment was 63C.

I also hope that it is some kind a easy fix somewhere which I haven't noticed yet.
