Kan man ikke evt. sætte skorstenstræk til 2 og så hæve min effekt til 11 eller 12% ??

OK - Men hvorfor, er det ikke det man gør på V10 styringen. Jeg synes i hvert fald at have læst nogle gange om at folk har måttet sætte en 10kW op i min ydelse, for at få den til at køre stabilt. Og har også læst at det er det skorstenstræk gør, altså hæver min ydelse ?pille bruger skrev:

Der er en mulighed, men det er ikke det første der skal ændres på.

The power level is regulated in 101 steps, from 10 to 100. The unit of this setting is "%", but that is correct only with "skorstenstræk" = 1. The percentage really refers to the modulation level, and not the actual burner power at that modulation level.
If you raise "skorstenstræk" or on newer versions "min effekt", when the burner is running at level "10" it will feed more than 10% of the "full speed pellet g/s", so the actual power level is not 10% of maximum any more. The difference from telling it to limit the lowest power level to eg. "20" instead of "10", is that the blower speed is also dependent of the power modulation level, so the blower will go down to "10", while the pellet feed will be more than "10", and power regulation will still happen in 101 steps. This is quite logical as the reason for raising "skorstenstræk" or "min effekt" is that the chimney draws too much air through the grate with the blower at the lowest possible setting, so it can only be compensated by raising the actual power level. And it would be stupid to do that in a way that also increases the blower speed when the problem to begin with was too much air.
I take for granted that the power level in kW in the display is calculated from the actual pellet g/s fed to the burner regardless of the "skorstenstræk" setting, depending of course of on how correct the pellet g/360s setting is at the moment.
Please correct me if I got something wrong.
But if the burner is getting less pellet than it thinks for each turn of the screw, then isn't the correct way to correct that to just lower the "g/360s" parameter? I mean it's still getting less pellet than desired at full power, it's just not as fatal as on minimum power. Or do you mean that the calculated fed "pellet mass / screw running time" is somehow less accurate when running on minimum power than when running on full power?Øges mængden af piller vil effekten stige, men der sker af og til det, at der pga. smuld ikke tilføres de piller ( brændsel ) der forventes.
?vil effekt udlæsningen passe, hvis flammen er perfekt.

Maybe I should add that by power level I mean the power fed to the burner in the form of pellet mass / time. The power delivered to the boiler in form of heat is something else, and the difference between these two will vary depending on lots of things. Do you mean that the power level indicated in the display tries to account for this difference, or what do you mean by ?
