Hi Jouke
All your settings except pellets low and high seems to be within range.
pellets low and high units, is percent time the screw is running, they are changed by the automatic oxygen control, and therfore probably out of range because your oxygen is not working good right now..
Your screw is giving your 1500 g per 6 min ie 15 Kg per hour. ( I gues that you have controlled this)
1 Kg is about 4.8 KWH effekt.
Your low setting is 0.55 % of time ie 0.55*15/100=0.0825 Kg /hour = 0.0825*4.8=0.396 KW
Your High setting is 5.9 % of time ie 5.9*15/100=0.885 Kg /hour=0.885*4.8=4.248 KW.
You have a 24 KW burner so your high setting should be about 24 KW and your low about 3 KW.
That would give you low pellets = 3/4.8=0.625 Kg /hour ie 0.625/15 = 4.17 percent
High pellets= 24/4.8=5 Kg/hour= 5/15 = 33 percent
so your low pellets should be about 4 and high about 33.
That is the basic settings, but they shout be adjusted acordingly to your chimny draft/blower settings, so you get the optimal burning.
Instead of all this calculating, you can use the autocalculation in the control, this will automatic calculate the low and high setting from your pellets /6 min. and your chimney draft setting.
This would give you some quite good starting values too.
Probably there are something wrong with your oxygen control, so switch that off and then just watch the oxygen level in the first step. When you have a correct burning, you can try to witch that on again.
The correkt bruning would be so high pellets settings, you can achieve without smoke from you chimney.
So test you chimney smoke by 10 percent burning and by 100 % burning and adjust low and high level acordingly to the smoke you see. But first put in f.ex 4 and 33 as starting values.
In order to have the oxygen control working you need a tight boiler, so all air is coming by the blower.
Also the oxygen sensor have to be calibrated, and be placed a good place.
Hope all this writing can be usefull and my english is understandable.
and feel free to ask further.
By the way, did you check your burner plate, that it is placed at the litle shoulder. Because if not, the air intake is blocked by the pellets and this could give your all the trouble with the oxygen and light values.
Best regards
