So right now it runs pretty ok when using power up to 80%, more than that it goes bananas with the fat flame.

Whar are the fan-values when you can run the burner OK in the range 10-80% ?

If you can't adjust the burner to burn correct at 100%, the O² controller can't do it either
...it can only do the same as you can

One thing we also have to check is how big ( kW ) is the burner ?
There may be a data plate next to the down pipe.
If not, how many cm is your grate ?

Fan values are 17,27,37 right now. And it is mostly idling around 30-60%

There is no data plate on the burner. The grate is 13.5cm wide and 20cm long.

It is a 30 kW model.
numbers for blower ought to be about 10 - 20 - 30 before adjustment.

Your problem could be wrong weighing 6 min.
Check weight shows the true value, and that you use the correct time.

Ok. Did the weighing again AND noticed this time something.
In the Auto Combustion, put it to YES for Testdrive. It shows nicely 360seconds BUT the timer start counting from 7:22 to zero. So right now it weighed 1:22 longer than 6min.

So actual 6minutes weight is 1249grams and the extra 1:22 will give 353grams more.

Inserted now value for actual 6minutes - 1249grams

And Output kw-s should I keep at 25kw or change it to 30kw (according to the size of the house).

The reason for 7,22 minuts for a 6 min testdrive, is that the auger stops and start during the testrun, to simulate a real production.

Your flame is to fat at high capacety. That is due to to littel air, compared to pellets.
One thing could be that the fan is not giving what it should, another could be a blocking for the air.
You said that the boiler and chimny is clean. But what about the exhastpipe from the boiler, to the chimny.
Here in demark, the guy who sweeps the chimny do not always clean this pipe ?

"This pipe" to the chimney I cleaned and checked 2 days ago, it was ok.


Could I measure the amount of air given by the blower or something?

So the 6min weight with 7:22 time is what I should actually use still?

When comparing to previous weighing (week ago did it) the amount has changed 167grams greater...

what is the prolem if you set the "blower high" to f.exsampel 40, instead of 37 ?
