Ecoflex pellet boiler problem

Hi
Jeg er dansk men bor på Australien. Hvis I kan hjælpe må I gerne skrive på dansk.
I have an CTC ecoflex pellet boiler. There is no service support here so I am hoping someone can help me.
The pellet boiler has been working fine for a number of years but recently we have had some problems.
I suspect our pellets are not as dry as the ones you can get in Denmark, however, we have installed a special drying system of the pellets before we burn them and yet the boiler does not seem to be able to heat the water to above 60 degrees (we pump hot water from the boiler through the pellet hopper drying them out for a day or two before burning them). We have no standard for making pellets so they may just be very bad.
They dont seem to produce any smoke. Normally I would suspect wet pellets to produce smoke?
The boiler has now been burning for 2 days and it has only heated about 500 litres of water to 60 degrees (we have not used any of the water).
The flue gas is only 80 degrees or lower. Normally it is well above 120 or more (I cant remember, but never so low as 80). We have reset the settings to factory settings and the only other setting we have changed is to increase the fan power to provide more oxygen in the hope of a hotter fire.
We have cleaned the boiler as per the manual but it just does not seem to burn very hot.
Can you suggest anything?
thank you
Michael
