Did the blower volts measurement again and now it showed 218v from L1 and 206v from L2 (probably messed something up while measuring earlier)

Chimney clearness is quite difficult to check during winter, roofs slippery and high. Maybe it can be measured from boiler somehow?

ah i see your problem . Is you draft controller on 10pa an is it flapping wenn it´s blowing ore is it closed all the time . If the chimny is straight you might be abel to see light with a mirror in the cleaning hatch.

If their is a negative pressure in the bottom of the chimny, it is not blocked / if your draft regulator is open the chimny is not blocked.
I migth have missed something (it is a long tread)
I think we migth dealing with 2 problems.
The first one is adjustment of the burner, the second one is adjustment of the PI regulator.

You have reasontly made weighing of pellets (6 minutes running with the auger) to 1430 g of pellets.
But you did not adjust the fan after
It is done like this:
In the burner control you set the maximum and minimum load to 100% (Clean the grate for exess pellets)
Wait for 10-15 min, until the combustion have stabilized.
Adjust "burner high" down until the flame get black tips, and then up ugain until the black tips disappere.
Remember to give enough time for the combustion to stabilize after each adjustment
Set maximum and min load to 50%, and adjust the "blower medium" the same way as desciped abowe
Set the maximu and minimum load to 10% and do it all again.
If you start doing the adjustment on a warm boiler, it is bette to start the adustment on 10%, then 50% then 100%. otherwise the burner proberly gets to hot during the adjustment.

its a long tread but has anyone have you check if the burner is tried properly to the boiler ? if not it can draw air in at booth sites an that will make it difficult to adjust the flame.

The draft stabilizer makes slight noise yes. Don't know about the Pascal value :(

Videos are helpful to compare the flame. On 100% I definitely have way too fat flame. So what should I do tho change it? The videos don't say what adjustments are needed to fix the flame.

Can you explain that part in more details: " Adjust "burner high" down until the flame get black tips, and then up again until the black tips disappear."

Is the control box set to the right burner size ?

I don't understand what you mean by that.

When you have a flame their is to fat, you need to get the blower to give more air.
What are your software number (for exsampel 6,5 or 4,8) If you dont know, turn off the power to the control. When you turn it back on, then it is written in the display.
If you for eksampel have software 6.73
You can see page 10 in the manual here:
http://sandbox.nbe.dk/wp-content/upload ... nglish.pdf
Their are a point in the menu called "blower"
Under that point, is a point called blower high. - Blower middel, and blower low.
When your burner is running 100%, and your flame is to fat. You increase the value in the setting "Blower high" until you have the correct flame.
Then you set the min and max output/power to 50%. and adjust the value in "blower middel" until the flame is correct.
At last. set the min and max power to 10% and do the same.

If you set the Draft value in the control to 0, the blower will also give more air.

Hope it make sense, otherwise ask again

Chip version is 6.74

With those blower values I've been playing so far.
Going to do this blower measurement right now.

Draft value was right now 1, so I'll try with 0 also.

Thanks.

You can change the kW of the burner in the control box.

If it's a v6 like mine its in menu 4 autocalculation (don't if it's called that).
I believe it's set to 10 kW as default. You should change that to the size of your burner.
