Nothing, the flame will still be fat and long (reaching even the ash tray in the bottom). I wasn't able to get the flame to "normal" with adding more blower, when tried to do that yesterday. I reached already blower value 68 and it just made the flame even more violent and smoke temp reached way too much (170C). So no luck with thattriumph skrev:what is the prolem if you set the "blower high" to f.exsampel 40, instead of 37 ?

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
[quote="manniste"]Ok. Did the weighing again AND noticed this time something.
In the Auto Combustion, put it to YES for Testdrive. It shows nicely 360seconds BUT the timer start counting from 7:22 to zero. So right now it weighed 1:22 longer than 6min.
So actual 6minutes weight is 1249grams and the extra 1:22 will give 353grams more.
Inserted now value for actual 6minutes - 1249grams
And Output kw-s should I keep at 25kw or change it to 30kw (according to the size of the house).[/quote
Your setting should be 1602 g !

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
Ok. Just to make things clear. The amount of 6min pellets have changed about 163grams when comparing to week ago numbers. It howers around 1400-1600gram.
Only way I was able to get the 100% flame under control was when I cheated with the amount of pellets. When kept the value about 400-500g larger than actual.

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
I did wait for 15min for the settings to do their thing. And then I added some blower value and waited again. Unfortunately with no luck, the flame just got worse and worse.triumph skrev:Of course if their is a big pile of pellets on the grate. it takes some time before it is burend away, and until then the flame will be violent

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
When did you latest do the adjustment of the fan ?
If I look to the graphs of your burner, I can't see it done the latest two days...
Best regards
Michael

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
Hi again.
Did the new weighing and fan adjustments with the new pellet value.
New pellet value is 1605g
And blower values on 10% and 50% I got nice flame with 15 and 20 blower value. Those are nice now.
But on 100% power it just gets too much pellets and the flame is really powerful and fat. Changing the blower value higher will just make the flame bigger. So no luck still on 100% flame

Re: 16-24kw burner problems
Their is always the solution, NOT to use auto combustion, and instead use the "pellets low, and "pellets high" setting.
But i think their is something wrong in your system, and that will not be found this way
