16-24kw burner problems

Fan values are right now 22,28,38. (if I lower them, there's going to be black smoke and lazy flame).
Clean cycle is every 10minutes, duration 7seconds and 100% blower.

With the blowing numbers, you should send the pills up the chimney.
Have you cleaned the posterior chamber of the boiler?
Have you cleaned under the grate ?
Fan on blower ?
Look at flue pipe + chimney after anything that can stop the smoke.
Maby something is blocked.

Clean everything often, the full boiler every other weekend, also under the grate.
Smoke moves freely (the full chimney is cleaned every autumn), but when I reduce the blow numbers then even from the chimney on the roof I could see black smoke. Right now there is at least white smoke.

The flame is strong and bold even on 40%, on 100% the flame is really long and reaches even the ash tray.

Do you have enough ventilation in the room where the boiler is.

i have direct pipe coming from outside to the boiler room and boiler room is in the cellar and cellar is quite large. So I think fresh air should be ok.

Update:
Changed the blowers capacitor for a new one, just to be sure that it gives out proper values.
And reduced the blower values to the chart given: 12, 18, 24.

Under the blower minimum value "18" I just get lot of black smoke and slow dark orange flame... Still using weighed average pellets amount 1435g.

Chimney draught setting is "1" (haven't played with that).
PI is as suggested earlier "1.5"
Increased the circulation pumps speed (although I have Grundfos Alpha2 adaptive learning pumps)


I have changed so far:
1.Control module overall
2.The chip in the control module (twice)
3.Capacitors for the outer auger, inner auger and now today for the blower.
4.Boiler temp sensor
5.Smoke sensor
6.Inner auger motor

So now I have changed everything that might give troubles!

Have cleaned everything multiple times, just to be sure.

Is your fan turning in the right direktion?
Try and measure the voltage to your blower, when manually switch on (100%).

Direction is correct, at least it blows into the burner not sucking.
From "manual control" turned the blower ON and measured with multimeter, it showed 150.2V, L2 wire.

You probably have a failing Triac to your blower, try and measure the voltage to internal auger and igniter, both in the control box and on the burner.
The volt's have to be the same as your mains, when turned on in manual control.

I stil think the the problem is your chimmy you don`t have the same draft that you just to have an now i can see that michael in on the same road.
Yes the chimmy has been cleaned but are you shire that a stupid bird hasten`t nested in for the winter after the clean . Birds kill some people every year
