The washing machine has detected a problem with the water heating temperature sensor and although the program will complete the machine will not heat the water.
Check wiring to temperature sensor or thermistor
Check thermistor or temperature sensor
Replace thermistor if faulty
Check heater
Check wiring at control module or timer
