Right now the question is: is it technical disfunction or software glitch.

I have changed basically every component that might cause trouble.
The "brain", control box. Chip - twice in the control box, all the sensors, all the capacitors, the plate on the burner where every wire is connected.

Today i'm going to find if some one could come and measure chimney draft to be certain that it is sufficient.

You guys have been a great help already and I appreciate it . At least now I know a lot more about the system and it is actually working now a lot better.

Update.

Chimney expert came. Checked and cleaned everything. Draft is good now. The chimney was dirtier than it should have been since it was cleaned in autumn.
Started the blower adjustment again and noticed now that when I reduce the blower value then it will not do anything. Tried it on 100% and reduced the Blow High value even to 5% but there was no change. That felt kind a strange...

So the blower is running at the same speed all the time ?
That might be a bad output in the control box.

I noticed it only on 100% power. On 10% and 50% it kind a was fine.

It increased the power of blower but it certainly didnt slow down to anymore. At least I think it increased the power...

And the control box is a new one...

Is there any chance to check the blower?

But there is anomaly. Randomly somethings stops responding. Etc the blower value, I tried to change it from control box and from PC but nothing changed...until I pulled the plug and put it back. Then it responded for about 20min without touching anything. This seems strange :s

Ok, I recorded via mobile my flames at 10,50,100%

10% power and blower 12:

50% power blower 18

This night again it managed to fill the burning grate to the top that the photosensor didn't see any light anymore and air didn't manage to blow through. It idled at 38% (or at least it thought so) but kept adding and adding pellets.

I'm clueless :s
