I have a friend who has Scotte 20kw burner and when comparing our readings then my smoke temp is a lot higher.
Friend: http://stokercloud.dk/dev/semka.html?
Me: http://stokercloud.dk/dev/markomanniste.html

About the blower values. I have this blower http://www.stokerforum.dk/index.php?act ... 2620;image
according to this http://nbe.dk/wp-content/uploads/2015/0 ... fl85mm.pdf it looks like Rebeck 97, so i would need 12-18-24 but those figures just smoke a lot and don't work well.

And then I found this thread: http://www.stokerforum.dk/index.php?topic=3263.0 so according to this the condenser might be the troublemaker...

You can not compare two different installations.
You have 300m2 while your friends just 170m2.
The location of the sensor also plays a major role, and are they both clean?

Smoke sensor is new, clean and installed as manual referred.

So as I beginning to understand, the blower values I kind a need to guess while looking at the flame.

But is there any settings that would help the boiler to lower the power by itself if reached its temperature. Right now it heats up and goes to Temp Stop, instead of just lowering the power. I mean is that normal and preferred? Its like takes too long for the burner to react when the temperature rises.

It should lower the power by itself, it could have something to do with PI settings, which I'm not strong on.

You could try to set the boiler temp to 65 and 15 over to prevent the Temp stop. Thats my settings.

From your curves, it seems as if your pump run too slowly
and that the P value is too low.
Try a higher P.
perhaps 1.5

It would be a good idea if you put the link to your StokerCloud into the signature line.
So, it becomes easier to help icon_cheesygrin.gif

Hi and thanks for help!

Increased the P and pumps speed.

When went to do that noticed that the burning crate was completely filled with pellets, to the top. ( I have this crate with the stone on top). So there was no room for anything, had to swipe some of them away just to let air move again. That doesn't seem normal also.
